★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la persona de la entrada es grosera, prepotente, no sabe seguir protocolos, el personal es altanero, no te resuelve nada, los ejecutivos carecen de conocimiento para brindarle apoyo al cliente y se tardan horas en realizar los trámites más sencillos como reposición de una tarjeta.
Terrible service, the person at the entrance is rude, arrogant, does not know how to follow protocols, the staff is haughty, does not solve anything for you, the executives lack the knowledge to provide customer support and it takes hours to carry out the simplest procedures such as replacement of a card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nefasto servicio, todos los escritorios sin atender a los clientes, ayer tuvieron que pasar 10 folios seguidos porque la gente se va de tanto esperar... yo espere 2 horas ar ser atendido y solo habían 2 personas antes que yo. la directora a parte de fodonga sin capacidad de coordinar y dirigir a su personal, las ejecutivas ni son ejecutivas y menos profesionales.
disastrous service, all the desks without serving customers, yesterday they had to pass 10 pages in a row because people leave from so much waiting ... I waited 2 hours to be attended and there were only 2 people before me. the director aside from fodonga without the ability to coordinate and direct her staff, the executives are not executive and less professional.
