★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar a sucursal a recoger una tarjeta el inepto de la entrada me dijo que pasara al área de espera, después de un tiempo de que no me atendían le pregunté la razón de demora y me dijo qie tenía que tomar un turno, lo tomé y me pasó al área equivocada, tardé mas de una hora en que me atendieran por su ineptitud.
When I arrived at the branch to pick up a card, the inept person at the entrance told me to go to the waiting area, after a while they did not attend me, I asked him the reason for the delay and he told me that I had to take a turn, I took it and He passed me to the wrong area, it took more than an hour for them to attend to me due to his ineptitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cierran las puertas de los cajeros por las noches desconozco concual finalidad pero están muy mal ya que es una zona muy concurrida y eso no se vale deberían dejarlas abiertas otra vez y lo peor esque no hay nadie ni dónde reportar está situación obligando a ir más lejos a otros cajeros que mal que hagan eso ojalá lo corrijan y pronto
They close the doors of the ATMs at night I do not know for what purpose but they are very bad since it is a very busy area and that is not valid they should leave them open again and the worst thing is that there is no one or where to report this situation forcing us to go further to other ATMs who do that badly, I hope they correct it and soon
