★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el día de hoy realise un depósito ala targeta ingresé todos los datos conforme a los pasos a seguir ingresé el depósito jalo el dinero y en la pantalla apareció no es posible continuar con su depósito y ni el dinero regreso así como no hay una persona responsable para solucionar el problema y la que se encuentra es seguridad privada y hasta el lunes hacer reclamación y peor su teléfono de reportes ni sirve Bancomer masarik

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues no me gusta mucho ir a cambiar ahí porque las (os) cajeros sienten que porque trabajen en zona de polanco son también ellos de aquí y su actitud no es muy buena que digamos hablan o se dirigen al cliente sin hacer contacto visual en fin, el día de hoy pase a la caja 1 con la srita Michelle Hernandez pregunta que denominación requiero se la doy y me dice te la doy como tengo y yo ammm no, requiero así como te lo puse porfavor me dice de cuanto tiene de 20 ya que pedí 500 y solo tenia 440 y pues sin problema dame el resto como tengas dos veces me dice que no tiene monedas a lo que contestó no quiero monedas en el papelito lo dice, al final me da el dinero y papel de mala gana es por eso que no me gusta ir ahí a cambiar o hacer algún tramite tengo mi nomina ahí y mi seguro de auto se supone que no deberían de negar el cambio solicitado por cliente hay 7 cajas yo entiendo que en ciertas horas de la tarde ya no hay cambio y menos monedas ya sería muy mal de mi parte ponerme exigente y siempre he tenido en muy altas expectativas ese banco como su personal pero esta de polanco muy mal actitud altruista
