★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos formamos en la fila para pagar un servicio. Una de las ejecutivas nos dijo que no se podía en la practicaja que debía ser en ventanilla. Continuamos en fila pero al ver que no avanzaba decidimos irnos a otra sucursal. Les recomiendo que capaciten mejor a sus ejecutivos ya que no conocen bien los protocolos.
We stand in line to pay for a service. One of the executives told us that it was not possible in practice that it should be at the window. We continued in line but seeing that it was not moving forward we decided to go to another branch. I recommend that you train your executives better since they do not know the protocols well.
