★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no te dan informes completos, te piden x documentos y cuando los llevas piden una cosa nueva que nunca te mencionaron. Muy lento los trámites más de 1 mes y todavía nada
Terrible service, they do not give you complete reports, they ask you for documents and when you bring them they ask for a new thing that they never mentioned to you. Very slow procedures more than 1 month and still nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta sucursal hoy por la tarde después que cerró el banco, pasamos mi mamá y yo a los cajeros pero no pudo estacionarse ya que había una motocicleta de un repartidor de comida rápida que sólo estaba platicando con sus compañeros, en otras ocasiones también hemos encontrado repartidores usando los cajones de estacionamiento como base de operaciones. Es un lugar público estamos conscientes pero es un abuso por parte de estos señores.
In this branch this afternoon after the bank closed, my mom and I went to the tellers but she couldn't park because there was a motorcycle belonging to a fast food delivery guy who was just talking with his colleagues, on other occasions we have also found delivery drivers using the parking spaces as a base of operations. It is a public place, we are aware, but it is an abuse by these gentlemen.
