★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia a la hora de querer actualizar mis datos, empezando por qué siempre la espera es larga, ya que podía pasar a escritorios llevando mi documentación que me pidieron me decían que los recibos que llevaba de la compañía no los aceptaban y ya habiendo esperando 3 horas no me dieron alguna alternativa, volví 4 veces en los siguientes días y siempre era una traba más, volviendo una simple documentación un hastío hasta tal punto de que no me importe si me congelan la cuenta por qué ya no quería ir más, terminé llendo a otra sucursal y me trataron exelente rápido y hasta me dieron una tarjeta de débito por qué mi cuenta era digital.
I had a bad experience when it came to wanting to update my data, starting with the fact that the wait is always long, since I could go to desks carrying my documentation that they asked me to tell me that the receipts that I had from the company were not accepted and already having waiting 3 hours they did not give me any alternative, I returned 4 times in the following days and it was always one more obstacle, making a simple documentation a boredom to such an extent that I do not care if my account is frozen because I did not want to go anymore, I ended up going to another branch and they treated me excellently quickly and even gave me a debit card because my account was digital.
