Pésimo servicio y sucursal, todo les falla. Cajeros sin cambió, se tratan el dinero, ejecutivos no quieren atender todo lo mandan a practicaja y peor aun no saben que tramites pueden hacer, no pierdan su tiempo mejor la de miramontes y brujas ahí si es buen servicio

Pésimo servicio los trabajadores solo pierden tiempo con las mujeres que ahí trabajan tardan demasiado llevo 2 semanas tratando de arreglar mi tarjeta y no puede ser posible que no me puedan dar solución no puedo sacar dinero que por que mi cuenta esta restringida, 2 semanas y no es posible que no me den solución pésimo servicio y el director de esa sucursal me atendió y no arreglo nada a pero si me dijo que le diera buena reseña que le diera buena calificación se la jalan en verdad cambie de banco por que según pensé que no iba a tener ese tipo de problemas y esto está peor, pésimo trabajen más en vez de estar coqueteando. Estuve 2 horas y media esperando mi turno y era el segundo en la fila y se la pasan platicando entre ellos no es posible.

Estuve formado 45 minutos esperando a entrar a la sucursal. Al llegar con la persona que atiende a la entrada le dije qué trámite fui a realizar y me pasó a “Atención inmediata”, que al parecer era la fila equivocada (lo supe hasta que me atendieron). De todas maneras, un tal César pasó a una persona que llegó después de mí para atenderla, a pesar de que en la entrada le dijeron claramente que habíamos personas formadas antes. No siguen protocolos sanitarios; dejan que todo el mundo tome su temperatura en la muñeca, incluso a mí no me pidieron que me la tomara. El director de la sucursal pasa a sentar a cualquiera que lo salude, lo que hace que se junte mucha gente dentro de la sucursal, sin que estas personas que pasa el director se quiten la gorra o que dejen de usar el celular. Aunque no pasé a ventanillas, se ve que trabajan muy bien, ya que la gente pasaba pronto y salían rápido.
