★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me "vendieron" un seguro al cual nunca accedí; cuando llamé para cancelarlo, me dijeron que la cancelación había sido efectiva. Al día siguiente me llega la póliza del seguro que "supuestamente" cancelaron el día anterior. Al llamar para reclamar y que me cancelen el seguro de una vez por todas, después de 25 minutos de espera al teléfono, nadie contestó. Pésimo servicio al cliente, se aprovechan.
Apenas pueda cancelar este seguro, cerraré mi cuenta con este banco.
 Terrible service, they "sold" me an insurance to which I never agreed; When I called to cancel it, they told me that the cancellation had been effective. The next day I get the insurance policy that "supposedly" was canceled the day before. When calling to claim and having my insurance canceled once and for all, after 25 minutes of waiting on the phone, no one answered. Terrible customer service, they take advantage.
As soon as I can cancel this insurance, I will close my account with this bank.
