★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molestan a los vecinos, se dicen mindfulnes, pero es PURO FRAUDE, debido a sus tambores y que no tienen aislado el local para sonido, ya le han causado migraña a un adulto mayor, molestan a los bebes de los vecinos. Ya se le ha pedido numerosas veces que lo resuelvan y la Señora "Bindu de la Parra" insulta al pueblo donde vive y a las personas por su peso. Son un TOTAL FRAUDE, hipocresia al 100% no practican su "mindfulnes" solo engañan para sacar $$$$. Al menos en Santa María Ahuacatitlán son gente NO DESEADA.
 They annoy the neighbors, they call themselves mindful, but it is PURE FRAUD, due to their drums and that they do not have isolated the place for sound, they have already caused a migraine to an older adult, they annoy the neighbors' babies. She has already been asked numerous times to solve it and Mrs. "Bindu de la Parra" insults the town where she lives and the people because of her weight. They are a TOTAL FRAUD, 100% hypocrisy they do not practice their "mindfulness" they only cheat to get $$$$. At least in Santa María Ahuacatitlán they are UNWANTED people.

It is a very cool space, for everyone, very simple in treatment and respectful, where disciplines such as capoeira, yoga, African dance are practiced, to share the joy of living, it is a place where you can feel calm, happy, focused to practice, it is inclusive.

Es un espacio para practicantes realmente comprometidos con el camino del yoga sostenido con muchos años de experiencia y estudio por parte de nuestra maestra Bindu y su equipo. Ciertamente uno de los mejores lugares EN MEXICO para ir profundo en el auto conocimiento y la exploración de esta extraordinaria práctica ancestral llamada Yoga.
I have practiced yoga at Atmaram for 10 years and it has been an infinite gift. It is a space for practitioners truly committed to the path of yoga sustained with many years of experience and study by our teacher Bindu and her team. Certainly one of the best places IN MEXICO to go deep into self-knowledge and exploration of this extraordinary ancient practice called Yoga.

Los maestros son accesibles, muy generosos y bellísimos seres humanos. He tomado muchas clases ahí y la Formación de maestros de yoga y siempre estaré en deuda con mis maestros. Bendiciones!
A great yoga teaching center, where discipline, perseverance, consistency, respect and love are practiced. The teachers are approachable, very generous and beautiful human beings. I have taken many classes there and the Yoga Teacher Training and I will always be indebted to my teachers. Blessings!
