★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, horas sobre horas de fila, el sistema de turnos es peor que mediocre y los trabajadores son muy flojos e inmaduros en cuanto a resolver problemas de el cliente. Recomiendo que si es inminente ir a Banorte, visitar otra instalación
Poor service, hours after hours in line, the shift system is worse than mediocre and the workers are very lazy and immature when it comes to solving customer problems. I recommend that if it is imminent to go to Banorte, visit another facility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las peores sucursales, si no es que la peor, Muy lentas las filas, esperas horas por hacer un solo pago o otra cosa, muy mala organización dentro en cuanto a orden de atencion y NO hacen lo posible por mejorar las cosas.
It is one of the worst branches, if not the worst, the lines are very slow, you wait hours to make a single payment or something else, very bad organization inside in terms of order of attention and they do NOT do everything possible to improve things.
