Es muy amable, le lleve mi control de PS5 porque tenia drift en ambos joysticks y en menos de 1 semana quedo listo, el control quedó perfecto y funcionando como nuevo, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

No recomendado, lleve una consola ahí el año pasado a reparar me comentaron que estaría al día siguiente, estuvo ahí una semana y cuando me dijeron que estaba lista le pedí probarla antes de pagar y no funcionaba, la tuve que llevar a la plaza de la tecnología y me cobraron mas barato y me la entregaron en 2 horas! una muy mala experiencia. :(
Not recommended, take a console there last year to repair they told me that it would be the next day, it was there for a week and when they told me it was ready I asked them to try it before paying and it did not work, I had to take it to the plaza de la technology and they charged me cheaper and delivered it to me in 2 hours! a very bad experience. :(

Mala atención al cliente, no responden los mensajes, no responden las llamadas, no tienen palabra ya que dicen una fecha que se van a comunicar contigo y nada, mi equipo se quedo 2 semanas y me dijeron que a menos de una semana me darían detalles, uno tiene que estar marque y marque, luego de insistir tanto, voy a recoger mi equipo y no estan en el horario que indica, después hasta que marque y por fin me contestaron y fui a buscarlo ya que me queda muy lejos, me comentan en el diagnostico que "creen" que es un componente que ahi no pueden reparar y pague $150 por algo que "creen" que es y no tuve solución, el muchacho si es muy amable, pero le hace falta compromiso con los clientes ya que da muy mala impresión al no contestar y al dar un diagnostico que ni el mismo tiene seguridad que si es eso y aun asi cobrar, para mi la impresión que me dio es que no sabe que tiene mi equipo o que ni lo checo, no tome este comentario a mal ni para perjudicar su negocio, es para recomendarle al mismo negocio en que aspectos tienen que mejorar, en lo personal tambien tengo un negocio similar en otra area, y la comunicacion es lo principal con los clientes, y cumplir con el horario porque como me atendieron no me darian ganas de ir de nuevo a este negocio , tomelo como consejo.
