★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos serán buenos pero la atención es lenta y lo que le sigue de ser lenta, pierden el tiempo en subir a imprimir a otro piso y eso hace muy larga la espera más de una hora para entregar los productos, de verdad agilicen sus entregas ya que eso les hará perder muchos clientes de mi parte me retiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De haber sabido que se iban a comer de las 14:00 a 15:00 h me hubiera ahorrado 1 hora de espera. En cuanto a lo demás, todo normal, te tratan como a alguien cualquiera (refiriéndome a qué no existe un trato especial con los "clientes-socios"). Te atienden rápido y no hay mucha demora ni conflicto en cuánto a la sanitización por covid-19. No está ni mal pero tampoco puedo decir que está bien porque cumplen con entregarte todo.
Had I known that they were going to eat from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. I would have saved 1 hour of waiting. As for the rest, everything normal, they treat you like someone else (referring to the fact that there is no special treatment with "client-partners"). They attend you quickly and there is not much delay or conflict regarding sanitation for covid-19. It is not bad but I can not say that it is good because they comply with giving you everything.
