★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacienda-like hotel located at 3 minutes from the town of Atotonilco, is a great option wheter if you plan to spend time with your family at it, as if you were headed to visit the towns nearby like San Miguel de Allende and Dolores Hidalgo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's one beautiful area shown on the pictures...it was misleading. My room was far from that gorgeous place and the view was completely disappointing. They call it The Colonial Area to the beautiful place, make sure you reserve there! (I wish I had known...)

Horrible customer service 10 minutes of waiting and nobody appears,
no apologies for delay
Leaking tub. 1/2 roll of bath tissue
Floor was beyond filthy.I didn’t like anything.
The rooms are in poor condition and everything is very dirty.
under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like
it had been forgotten about by the cleaner.
No tv signal (any channel available)
No body answer phone calls, after 10 no answered phone calls I give up
No water , we needed to use pool water to flush the toilet on a raining night

I asked for refund and they ignored me
Not worth the price. Avoid this place .DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY
