Atreus no solamente es un centro de CrossFit, brindan además clases de Olímpicos, Yoga, Pilates y Acondicionamiento Físico, acorde a tus objetivos.
El coach Nacho me ha ayudado con ejercicios enfocados a espalda y acondicionamiento físico que me han dado como resultado, un rendimiento que no creía podía alcanzar.
Recomiendo altamente este lugar y a sus coach que están orientados a ejercicio funcional.

Atreus is not only a CrossFit center, they also offer Olympic, Yoga, Pilates and Physical Conditioning classes, according to your goals.
Coach Nacho has helped me with exercises focused on the back and physical conditioning that have resulted in a performance that I did not think I could achieve.
I highly recommend this place and its coaches who are oriented towards functional exercise.
