★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos meses fui a tramitar una Constancia de datos registrales. Para empezar me dieron la información por teléfono mal y cuando llegue requerían más documentos. El personal de recepción muy prepotente, haciendome preguntas del por qué hacía el trámite y por qué iba de otro estado. Creo que no debería de importar para qué es el documento, solo tienen que hacer su trabajo, ya que son SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS. Tardaron mucho en recibirme. Quien me apoyó con el trámite me dio indicaciones para que la persona a quien dejé el poder recogiera el documento; pero cuando él llego a recolectarto se molestaron y no le querían dar la carta siendo que se dejó la Carta Poder y las copias de identificaciones, además de que llamé para indicar que él iría por la carta. El personal de esta dependecia es bastante burocrático, lentos y sin ganas de servir. Para rematar me hicieron una encuesta del servicio y se molestaron de que los califiqué mal! No queriendo poner mi encuesta en su buzón. PÉSIMO!
A few months ago I went to process a certificate of registration data. To begin with, they gave me the wrong telephone information and when they arrived, they required more documents. Reception staff very arrogant, asking me why I was doing the process and why I was from another state. I think it should not matter what the document is for, they just have to do their job, since they are PUBLIC SERVANTS. They took a long time to receive me. Who supported me with the procedure gave me indications so that the person to whom I left the power could pick up the document; but when he arrived at collectotarto they got upset and did not want to give him the letter being that he left the Power of Attorney and the copies of IDs, besides that I called to indicate that he would go through the letter. The staff of this dependency is quite bureaucratic, slow and unwilling to serve. To top it off they did a survey of the service and they were annoyed that I misquoted them! Not wanting to put my survey in your mailbox. APPALLING!
