Creo que no entiende que es mas importante que el cliente se vaya satisfecho a imponer lo que supuestamente sabe.
He does what he wants with your court, you tell him one thing and he ends up doing another to you.
I think he does not understand that it is more important that the client is satisfied to impose what he supposedly knows.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little barbershop with reasonable pricing. Highly recommend to make a reservation because it does only have two chairs. But, they're great at what they do and can have you out of there in no time. They also offer frequent visit deals among other things.
