Overall customer service was good. In regards to ATV rentals I would not recommend. I rented on two different days for both 24 hours each. Cost was fantastic and again communication to book was great as well. I gave a 2 star review as the first day that I rented the ATV died on us and had to wait 30-45 minutes to receive help. This experience was okay as we were helped. The second day that we rented the front breaks went out. We communicated this to the owner of the shop (who we were messaging) and he didn’t respond at all to this concern. After this happened we were refilling the tank back to full as our agreement listed and the ATV (a different one) died again. This time we had very limited communication with the owner and another staff member. This took about 45 minutes for them to help us and we were about 5 minutes away from their shop. We were lucky it was this close to the shop but would’ve been bad if we were in a remote area without cell service and would’ve been longer time. When they arrived they explained that it the ATV died that they would hold our passport until we paid. Again we didn’t use the ATV in a poor way and were close to the station. This was hard to understand that again the day before the ATV broke and then this day the break stopped working (they didn’t message back) and the ATV broke. Overall, the experience for communication was good. I do not recommend this place for individuals traveling to Mexico who are not locals. I’m trying to be fair in this but the experience for the actual service- the ATV - was very poor.

very good service, they take it to your hotel, clean and punctual motorcycles, we have not had any problems with the team, all highly recommended, this is the best place to rent a good experience in tulum, 100% recommended

This is my fourth visit to Tulum and fourth visit to ATV Rental! My first visit to Tulum I did shop around for the best deals and came across these guys. They never tried to add on any extra charges and were quick to help me and my friends with everything. The staff are fantastic, they’re all so welcoming and put us at ease immediately. Alejandro was great and responded to all of our queries on WhatsApp straight away. Couldn’t recommend them all enough, will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

Love this place - friendly service and always deliver the scooter to your hotel on time. I've rented from them on 4 different visits and had a great experience every time. Another reason I keep using them is that the scooters are all well maintained - unlike so many of the death traps that other locations hire out.
