Aunque a veces los choferes tienen un mal carácter ( no son nada amables con las personas adultas mayores ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La venta de boletos es rápida y los camiones también salen rápido, camiones cómodos, sólo podría mejorar un poco la limpieza del camión, y la venta de alimentos dentro del camión antes de salir me agrada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mal servicio, mi camión se retaso, por lo que solicité el reembolso ya que me urgía buscar otra alternativa ya que tenía la urgencia de llegar a mi destino, pues no me dieron solución y de muy mala manera me dijeron que comprará otro, pero que ellos ya me habían vendido el boleto y no había devoluciones. Digo, si no llega el camión a tiempo y llega dos horas después, es mi culpa y me tengo que aguantar??? Pésimo servicio
Super bad service, my truck was delayed, so I requested a refund since I was urgent to find another alternative since I had the urgency to reach my destination, because they did not give me a solution and in a very bad way they told me that they will buy another one, but that they had already sold me the ticket and there were no refunds. I mean, if the truck doesn't arrive on time and it arrives two hours later, it's my fault and I have to put up with it??? Terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una línea económica, limpia, los asientos están cómodos, no tienen baños ni pantallas, lo cual no fue para mí un problema. En mi experiencia fueron puntuales a la salida, en el caso de la llegada no, pero antes de salir el chófer me dio un estimado de llegada, el cual era cerca de dos horas más tarde, por retrasos de obras. Algo que me incomodo fue que no había quien te diera informes y la señorita de taquilla tenía una actitud poco servicial. Al regresar fue muy de madrugada, necesitaba cargar mi celular, pero bajamos del autobús en una sala donde no había cargadores y tampoco dejaban regresar a la sala en la que aborde a un inicio.
It is an economical line, clean, the seats are comfortable, they do not have toilets or screens, which was not a problem for me. In my experience they were punctual at departure, in the case of arrival they were not, but before leaving the driver gave me an estimate of arrival, which was about two hours later, due to construction delays. Something that bothered me was that there was no one to give you information and the lady at the ticket office had an unhelpful attitude. When I returned it was very early in the morning, I needed to charge my cell phone, but we got off the bus in a room where there were no chargers and they did not allow us to return to the room where I initially boarded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, entregas tu equipaje y tienes que andar correteando a los responsables, dicebun letrero que tenemos derecho a 25 kgs. Por boleto, te pesan y el recibo lo arroja la maquina en metros cúbicos, pregunto a cuantos metros cúbicos tengo derecho y no saben, total te cobran caro, la maquina nunca imprimió las etiquetas pero si me cobraro, aparte los responsables demuestran una total falta de interés en hacer SU trabajo y nadien que te pueda ayudar, PÉSIMO, NADA RECOMENDABLE.
Terrible service, you deliver your luggage and you have to chase those responsible, a sign says that we are entitled to 25 kgs. For a ticket, they weigh you and the receipt is thrown by the machine in cubic meters, I ask how many cubic meters I am entitled to and they do not know, they charge you dearly, the machine never printed the labels but it did charge me, apart from those responsible they show a total lack of interest in doing HIS work and no one who can help you, AWFUL, NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un mal día para esta empresa, tenia todos los autobuses atrasados, no avisan a los usuarios, tenian muchi desorden también, no daban respuesta a las preguntas de los usuarios de porqué la demora, todo muy mal. Las dos estrellas realmente es por ek bus z esta limpio en buen estado, con aire y tambien tiene puerto usb.
A bad day for this company, had all the buses late, they did not notify the users, they had a lot of disorder too, they did not answer the users' questions about why the delay, all very bad. The two stars really is because of the bus z it is clean in good condition, with air and also has a usb port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So sorry i can't put a -10, the driver put the calefaction up to 34°c , the worst way to travel, don't use this transportation unless you like to travel in saunas, Advice!!
