★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really old decorations and style. Overpriced against quality. Service ok. They charged the 'cubierto', which is like a cover and expect you to leave a tip. Basically you pay to be in a luxury hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing dinner here at the AuPied de Cochon, even thought I didn’t order the Cochon (pig).
The food was great, I ordered an Onion Soup as starter and Duck Breast as entree, both were delicious. As most French restaurants, to have a very hearty meal you should order at least 3 courses.
The service was also excellent, the food was delivered fast, the waitress was nice and educated.
If you want French cuisine here in Mexico, I definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant in the Intercontinental Presidente Hotel. It is a must for breakfast either if you are staying at the Intercontinental or not. The Egg's Benedictines are amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a few words: a fraud and a complete rip-off.
We have been to the original Au Pied de Cochon in Les Halles area, in Paris, a dozen times and we love the place in the most dedicated manner. That was the reason we opted for Au Pied de Cochon in Polanco, CDMX.
The overall recreation of the original place is OK. The food is merely a weak claim for an authentic French cuisine, but still OK.
But then... we ordered the most expensive seafood plate, Plateau Royal for 2 persons for $2,960. The platter included a 500 gr Canadian lobster (Bogavante Canadiense). The lobster was never brought. When we inquired about the reasons, we were told that unfortunately the lobster wasn't available and instead - lo and behold - they gave us more shrimp. Seriously??? First of all, the staff was supposed to warn us about it before the plate was brought to us. And secondly... we were still charged the $2,960 even though the most expensive part of the dish got never served.
This is the most fraudulent restaurant practice we have ever witnessed in years. A true disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! Must order duck confit and foie gras carpaccio! But the best part ever is desert menu - mille feuille raspberry, bonne maman apple pie and profiteroles ? Very long cocktail list

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent French type restaurant. Service and attention are just as high expectations. Meals are superb! Environment of the place is very well organized. Another plus: it is 365 and 24hrs open. Of course parking is available. My personal experience this time and for a French food restaurant was just excellent and as I expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice French restaurant in Mexico City. The Foi grass and Confit de Canard are a must. Prices around $1,000 mxn per person without wine. The service could be better, they only recommend you the most expensive plates.
