Service appoitments personnel with poor skills, unable to handle an easy task. Maintenance program only offers change of oil and filter for "free", but does not include tire rotation. Service tiem is double than offered. Shop is crowded because it is very small for a large city like Monterrey, Mexico.

Stopped by here on my way to Canada. It was Sunday and I needed a new tire. Dona was super nice and really did her best to get me one but because it was Sunday and not a common tire size - no luck unfortunately but I really appreciated kind service and I could see she went out of her way to help me.

**Let me be clear with this entire review, because I want Audi Global services to look into this: My girlfriend and I went to Houston, TX for my 30th birthday and had a great time; however, her 2012 Audi A3 broke down when she tried to get home. 3 months ago the Monterrey, MX Audi Dealership serviced my girlfriend's car. They had found no issues. When the car broke down, she called Monterrey, MX Audi Dealership and the service mechanic literally laughed at my girlfriend and told her to call an Audi Dealership in the United States. Thankfully, Scott Finster with Audi from West Houston, TX was able to help us out. Turns out, it was a bad ingition coil. The fact that this dealership isn't supportive and they weren't fare or reasonable with my girlfriend and made her CRY really makes me want to never buy an Audi ever again. I hope Global Audi Corporation reads this, because your services are below sub-par and should improve in the near future. We're very dissatisfied customers and that's why we'll be selling her vehicle very shortly, because if this is how Audi treats their customer's in Monterrey, MX, then we don't want any part of it. I thought that Audi sign you hang over your your dealership meant something. The fact that you made my girlfriend, soon to be fiance, cry... you should be ashamed of yourselves.
