PÉSIMO SERVICIO Quiero aclarar que soy cliente consumado de la marca, ya que tengo 4 vehículos personales de esta. Mi visita a esta agencia por servicio ha sido la peor experiencia, agente de servicio audi es cero comprometido. Entrega retrasada, no devuelven las llamadas, falta de información, literalmente para recoger tu vehículo hay que estar en persona esperando, para hacer presión en ellos, al ver que te encuentras ahí. Mediante ellos una reparación es tardada y se escudan en que no llegan las piezas. El sensor de aceite tardaron como 5 semanas sin respuesta (deje pagado el sensor al 100%) me dijeron que no llegaba etc. Al final simplemente mentiras. El tiempo de entrega es de 4 días, vas a Refacciones que es en VW a un lado de audi, lo pagas ahí y te lo traen en el tiempo que te dicen, he comprado 5 Refacciones, 3 de ellas no en existencia y las trajeron en no más del tiempo que te dicen en mi caso no más de 4 días fue lo q me manejaron. Cabe destacar que ya no le hice nada en la agencia, pedí un reembolso (llevo otras 3 semanas esperando liberen el cheque) y lo lleve a otro lado y compre como menciono, las Refacciones en VW. Haber ido a esta agencia me ha llevado estar enganchado 2 meses casi a ellos. Para que al final lo.llevara por fuera donde una vez que lleve las piezas en 2 días arreglaran mi automóvil. Si vas a adquirir un Vehículo aquí en Saltillo pues espero goces de paciencia y un segundo Vehículo para los largos tiempos de espera que tienen por su falta de compromiso y decidía. Hablando de los agentes de ventas tuve que entrar en contacto con uno, me respondió con una enredada respuesta que no tenía nada que ver. Simplemente le dije que si por que aun que le explique que era otra cosa el me dijo que no. Recuerden que tengo otros vehículos y uno tuvo el mismo problema en la App de audi se me desconfiguro como usuario, este igual. Pero bueno igualmente les digo espero que si son usuarios nuevos no les digan cosas que no son y se vayan a casa pensando que no se puede arreglar cuando en realidad si.
TERRIBLE SERVICE I want to clarify that I am a consummate customer of the brand, since I have 4 personal vehicles of this brand. My visit to this agency for service has been the worst experience, audi service agent is zero committed. Delayed delivery, they do not return calls, lack of information, literally to pick up your vehicle you have to be waiting in person, to put pressure on them, seeing that you are there. Through them a repair is delayed and they hide behind the fact that the parts do not arrive. The oil sensor took about 5 weeks without a response (I left the sensor 100% paid), they told me that it had not arrived, etc. In the end just lies. The delivery time is 4 days, you go to Parts, which is in VW next to Audi, you pay there and they bring it to you in the time they tell you, I bought 5 Parts, 3 of them not in stock and they brought them in no more than the time they tell you in my case no more than 4 days was what they handled me. It should be noted that I did nothing to it at the agency, I asked for a refund (I've been waiting for another 3 weeks to release the check) and I took it elsewhere and bought, as I mentioned, the VW Parts. Having gone to this agency has taken me almost 2 months to be hooked on them. So that in the end I would take it outside where once I take the parts in 2 days they will fix my car. If you are going to acquire a Vehicle here in Saltillo, then I hope you enjoy patience and a second Vehicle for the long waiting times they have due to their lack of commitment and decision. Speaking of sales agents, I had to get in touch with one, and he gave me a garbled response that had nothing to do with it. I simply told him yes because even if I explained to him that it was something else, he told me no. Remember that I have other vehicles and one had the same problem in the Audi App, it was misconfigured as a user, this one was the same. But anyway, I tell them I hope that if they are new users they don't tell them things that aren't and they go home thinking that it can't be fixed when in fact it can.
