★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mala experiencia con el personal de servicio, si es posible mejor lleven su unidad a otra concesionaria que en realidad tenga la preparación suficiente para poder desempeñar un buen trabajo y no decepcione a los clientes como es el caso de este Audi Center, hacen puras porquerías pues que está practicando con carros del taller mecánico de la esquina!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piensenlo 2 veces antes de comprar un vehiculo seminuevo ahi, es una marca de prestigio nada barata como para que alteren el kilometraje de los vehiculos, les borre testigos prendidos y repinte puertas de las unidades que con el tiempo claramente se ve pues cambian de tono
Por desgracia la compra la hice a distancia confiando en lo que me dijo el vendedor y en el prestigio de la marca y la seguridad que me daba hacer la compra en una agencia
Ahora que ya hicieron la venta nadie es capaz de responder un correo o llamada, que desprestigio estas causando a la marca audi......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi vehículo a qué le hicieran alineación y balanceo; y solo lo balancearon, me dejaron el volante chueco. De paso compré una refacción el mismo día, me dijeron llegaba en 3 días y que me llamarían. Pasaron 15 días, acudí a preguntar en persona y perdieron la orden y no saben que paso con mi pieza. Pésimo servicio. Ya no es lo que era hace un par de años atrás.
