★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este año 2022 ha dejado mucho que desear la agencia. Pésima atención en el área de servicio. Llevo 7 años siendo su clienta y éste es el peor año. Los tiempos de entrega han sido demasiado largos. Para el servicio anual, el cuál lo pagué completo en enero, se tardaron 4 días enteros en entregarme el coche y no me resolvieron el problema del encendido/apagado, solo argumentan que es la batería. Y para un cambio de refacción primero me cotizaron directo con la agencia tiempo de entrega 3 días, pero como lo llevé con orden del seguro se tardaron 4 semanas, así es, CUATRO SEMANAS!!!!
Me entregaron mi coche MAL, no funciona. Lo vuelvo a llevar a la agencia y me quieren volver a cobrar. Qué buen negocio, hasta que se les pegue la gana va a quedar bien y yo pague y pague.

 This year 2022 has left the agency much to be desired. Terrible attention in the service area. I have been your client for 7 years and this is the worst year. Delivery times have been too long. For the annual service, which I paid in full in January, it took them 4 whole days to deliver the car to me and they did not solve the on/off problem, they only argue that it is the battery. And for a change of spare parts, they first quoted me directly with the agency for a delivery time of 3 days, but since I took it with an insurance order, it took 4 weeks, that's right, FOUR WEEKS!!!!
My car was delivered WRONG, it doesn't work. I take it back to the agency and they want to charge me again. What a good deal, until they feel like it, it's going to be good and I pay and pay.
Abusive!!!!!!!!!!!!!
