Absolute sadness, terrible service, poor handling and an arrogant and deceitful attitude on the part of the sellers, I have been an Audi customer for years and I value the brand but I do not see the need to buy from that agency when that service exists. shameful

Like any premium brand (almost all), the service is good, the speed is good. If you take your car to maintenance you will like the service. Good Covid measures. I recommend it.

I thought a lot about writing the review, because the intention is that they improve their service. A month ago I went to request a spare part for my car which they said would take a month because they would request it from the parent company, a month passed and I was communicating to find out the status, but they just left me on the line and answered saying that they would send me an email and I never received anything, later after a week I called again and they calmly told me that the part was no longer going to be produced, for which I asked for it to be returned and I was a little sad because I thought that my vehicle would never have repair and why I couldn't find that part anywhere, everyone told me to go to an agency. A couple of days later I went to the Masaryk agency and, oh surprise, they had it for me in three days and at a lower price, I want to tell you that thanks to them my vehicle is now like new and of course my return has not arrived and that's all two weeks go. It makes me very angry that they played with my time and now with my money, it is not a huge amount either but in the end it is my money, my car was ready in four days, when I trusted these people waiting a month and a half for a completely negative answer It goes without saying that I will never return and that does not mean that they lose money or a super client, but hopefully they improve in the end, it is their job and they only leave such a good luxury brand in a bad way, because of course the cars are something else. I hope to receive my return soon if they still remember.
