 If I could, I wouldn't give it even one star. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. There are 3 other Audi agencies in the city with staff who do want to sell and who treat you with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención muy buena de su personal de ventas y el personal del área de servicio, pero éste ya les quedó muy chico el tamaño para la demanda de atención que recibe.. aún así hacen lo posible por atender a todos con y sin citas. Urge alguna otra agencia o un concepto de sólo servicio de mantenimiento.
The very good attention of your sales staff and the service area staff, but they already have a very small size for the attention they receive ... they still do their best to serve everyone with and without appointments. Some other agency or maintenance service concept is urgently needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, te toman bien tu auto. Lo revisan completo y hasta prueba de manejo y luego te dan la info de a cuanto te lo compran. Te dan descuento si compras un carro con ellos como un 'trade in'.
Excellent service, they take your car well. They review it completely and even test drive and then they give you the info of how much they buy it for you. They give you a discount if you buy a car with them as a 'trade in'.
