★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La experiencia la tienen, sin embargo me sentí inseguro ya que un día antes fui y me dijeron que la instalación no se pagaba al comprar las bocinas, al siguiente día regrese y me dijo otro caballero que me cobraba $350 por las de adelante y $250 por instalar las de atrás.
They have experience, however I felt insecure because the day before I went and they told me that the installation was not paid when buying the speakers, the next day I came back and another gentleman told me that he charged me $350 for the front ones and $250 for install the back ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen personal calificado, experiencia de años, los costos son dentro de lo considerable, el lugar ya está acreditado, tan es así que al encargado o dueño no sé que sea (el señor mayor que les da indicaciones al personal) ya no le interesa tener más clientes o perder a uno que otro, se concreta a decir "pues hay mucho trabajo, si quiere regrese otro día" sin ni siquiera preguntar si el cliente se quisiera esperar o por lo menos preguntar que es lo que necesita arreglar.
They have qualified personnel, years of experience, the costs are considerable, the place is already accredited, so much so that the manager or owner, I don't know what it is (the older man who gives directions to the staff) is no longer interested in having more clients or losing one than the other, is limited to saying "well, there is a lot of work, if you want, come back another day" without even asking if the client would like to wait or at least ask what needs to be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, me tocó ir en domingo y estuvo muy tranquilo, he pasado por allí los sabados y hasta fila hay. El instalador hizo el trabajo con mucho cuidado y se ve que esta certificado, la verdad me quedó muy bien mi sistema de sonido y el cableado muy ordenado y oculto. Los precios que manejan de sus equpos no estan elevados y te asesoran bien.
Good service, I had to go on a Sunday and it was very quiet, I've been there on Saturdays and there's even a line. The installer did the work very carefully and it is clear that he is certified, the truth is that my sound system turned out very well and the wiring was very neat and hidden. The prices they handle for their equipment are not high and they advise you well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio tanto del 'gerente" que de los instaladores.
Lleve mi estéreo a qué lo instalarán y terminaron quemandolo y no se quisieron hacer responsables de contradijeron todo el tiempo.
Tienen instaladores de muy poco nivel que no saben hacer su trabajo .
Ni una estrella se merecen no lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barras transversales para kicks, tuve que dar 3 vueltas (mínimo de 2 hras cada una) para que la pudieran dejar bien y al final solicité una devolución pues ni ellos podían quitarla de lo mal que la instalaron. La comunicación que tienen con sus clientes es pésima. No han podido hacer la devolución de mi dinero.
Crossbars for kicks, I had to do 3 laps (minimum of 2 hours each) so that they could fix it well and in the end I requested a return because not even they could remove it from how badly they installed it. Their communication with their clients is terrible. They have not been able to refund my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tiene conocimiento en el tema, al momento de realizar la instalación de un estero para un KIA- RIO quemaron la pantalla y el técnico se hizo el loco mencionando que el no había quemado nada (cuando mi hermano y mi cuñada estaba presentes al momento de la.instalación y luego luego vieron que el equipo sacó humo), posteriormente se llama al "gerente" y salió un tipo igual de incompetente que lejos de solucionarnos el problema nos alegó, diciendo que el equipo ya venía dañado.
Ellos sabemos perfectamente que el equipo iba en excelentes condiciones (porque en las primeras pruebas prendió) y finalmente no tienen cara para asumir su error.
Definitivamente no los recomiendo, gente no se dejen engañar de personas que ni si quiera tiene el valor de aceptar que ellos cometieron el error y mucho menos de enfrentar las consecuencias (reparar el daño), al contrario parece que EL CLIENTE NO TIENE LA RAZÓN ??????
CONFÍO EN EL KARMA ??????

They know perfectly well that the equipment was in excellent condition (because in the first tests it turned on) and finally they don't have the face to admit their mistake.
I definitely do not recommend them, people do not be fooled by people who do not even have the courage to accept that they made the mistake and much less to face the consequences (repair the damage), on the contrary it seems that THE CUSTOMER IS NOT RIGHT ? ?????
