★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio de electrónica es centro de servicio Samsung pero reciben cualquier marca, incluso me arreglaron una pantalla que en otro lado no pudieron. Muy recomendable.
Very good electronics service is Samsung service center but they receive any brand, they even fixed a screen that they couldn't elsewhere. Highly recommended.

Solo hace falta mantenimiento al estacionamiento ya que hay muchos cráteres

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El diagnóstico es tardado en entregar (aprox. 3 semanas) pero la compostura es rápida. De precio salió menos de lo que esperaba para una pantalla de 50". Entregaron la TV funcionando perfectamente, ahora a esperar que siga funcionando para no hacer válida la garantía (3 meses). Excelente atención.
The diagnosis is slow to deliver (approx. 3 weeks) but composure is quick. The price was less than what I expected for a 50 "screen. They delivered the TV working perfectly, now to wait for it to continue working to not make the warranty valid (3 months). Excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fueron a hacer un diagnóstico a mi domicilio, mencionaron la refacción que necesitaba mi equipo, pasaron el reporte como cerrado y comentaron que el dinero cobrado sería tomado a cuenta para la refacción. Nunca me dieron seguimiento, no contestan llamadas, se quedaron con el dinero y no me entregaron ni un reporte del servicio.
Pésimo servicio y deshonestos.
They went to make a diagnosis at my home, they mentioned the repair that my equipment needed, they passed the report as closed and they commented that the money collected would be taken into account for the repair. They never followed up on me, they don't answer calls, they kept the money and they didn't give me a service report.
Terrible service and dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se tardaron años en ir a mi domicilio, me cobraron 800 pesos por literal nada, ahí según le dieron mantenimiento pero siguió exactamente igual. Lástima por Samsung que los pone como servicio técnico autorizado.
Terrible service, it took years to go to my home, they charged me 800 pesos for literally nothing, there they gave it maintenance but it remained exactly the same. Too bad for Samsung that puts them as an authorized technical service.
