★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desafortunadamente tengo la mala experiencia de haber llevado mi televisión ahí, me cobraron el cambio de una tarjeta por $2,200 y el mismo día que me la entregaron llegando a mi casa volvió a fallar por lo cual me comunique para hacer valida la garantía y el dueño, creo se llama Israel Garza, espero sea competente reparando pantallas ya que para atender al cliente es totalmente INCOMPETENTE, GROSERO y DÉSPOTA.
Aquí sigo 3 semanas después de que se la volvieron a llevar, esperando a que me la entreguen y teniendo en cuenta que cada llamada contestada por el dueño termina con molesta por su nula actitud de servicio TENGAN CUIDADO CON ESTE NEGOCIO
Es una lastima .. por que los empleados son amables todo lo contrario al dueño.

It's a shame .. because the employees are friendly, the opposite of the owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repararon mi TV sin problema, todo parece estar bien. Lo que se les complica un poco es el tema de los tiempos, no son muy exactos.
Un plus, van a tu domicilio a retirar el equipo y lo regresan cuando está listo; bien por eso ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mande a reparar 3 tv's y las 3 me las repararon estoy contento el día que me dijieron que iban a pasar por ella fueron a la hora acordada ; ( lo único fue que me dijieron que las tendrían reparadas de 3 a 5 días y se tardaron 2 semanas pero es comprensible entiendo que hay demoras y que también hay más clientes llegando y piden ser atendidos ) y comento esto para que mejor cuando den el tiempo de reparación mejor digan un aproximado más amplio así los clientes no se desesperaran por la espero ? de allí en fuera un excelente servicio mis tv's funcionando al 100 y siempre que hable me atendieron y explicaron el por qué de las demoras ( para poder revisar las tv's que queden al 100 )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues puro mugrero la reparación de mi pantalla Sony 70" no los recomiendo en octubre 2021la lleve a reparación la cuál me dijieron por teléfono que era una tarjeta que la cotizaría luego marcaron y me dijieron la reparación es de 4300 y autorice la reparación pensando que estaba con profesionales después de 7 meses la pantalla presento el mismo problema y la lleve con otro técnico cuál fue mi sorpresa que ninguna tarjeta le cambiaron eran los led pero los repararon tengo evidencia ya que el técnico me las quito y las mostró no es justo que Agan eso ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas tardes, el 16 de diciembre repararon mi pantalla y ya servía muy bien pero el día de ayer 16 de marzo exactamente a los 90 días de reparada presento la misma falla (se oye pero no se ve), aún puedo llevarla como garantía de servicio? Ya que solo puedo en fin de semana y tengo la duda por qué mi nota dice garantía de 90 días, pero en su página menciona 120 días de garantía.
