The day came, my headphones that I have used for 4 years in a row were broken and I decided today (which is my birthday) to give me a gift and apart from buying my new PIPE, brand new a Fiio M6 and some headphones at height. Did I find the hearing aid box that I kept 4 years ago? Yes! I found it, came the purchase ticket, the audiophile guarantee, the accessories and the original box. But do you know what else I found? A company that does not respect its policy in good faith, a customer service without empathy, a complete disappointment. What was the reason why they did not accept the guarantee? Have bought them with an authorized dealer and not in their own premises. Did it cost a lot, take my hearing aids for 4 years of good use and offer any discount for my next purchase? So much time for nothing ... P.S. Chingo to my mother if I was not going to buy the Fiio M6 and other headphones apart. PD2 There is Amazon, where I can return the product simply because I felt like it. PD3 That level of contempt for your customers does not deserve your purchase, really.
