No dan la información y el uso indicado para cada audífono, si quisiera comprar unos audios para conciertos y consolas como los que me vendieron (no especificando esto anterior) iría directo a buscar esas características pero si voy a adquirir audios para conectar a mi CEL y escuchar música no tendrían ni por error que mostrar y mucho menor recomendar unos audios que evidentemente no funcionar para mí nesecidad y al final te señalan diciendo que fue erro del comprador para deslindarse de responsabilidad y claro ya no hacerte algún cambio. NO VAYAN BANDA VAN A MAL GASTAR SU DINERO. APPALLING!!! They sell you to sell. They do not give the information and the use indicated for each hearing aid, if I wanted to buy some audio for concerts and consoles like the ones they sold me (not specifying this above) I would go directly to look for those characteristics but if I am going to buy audio to connect to my CEL and listening to music they would not have to show by mistake, much less recommend some audios that obviously do not work for me and in the end they point out to you saying that it was the buyer's mistake to disclaim responsibility and of course not make any changes to you. DO NOT GO BAND YOU WILL SPEND YOUR MONEY BADLY.

Un lujo de personal en atención e información. Muchas gracias a Erick, Arturo y Paulina (discúlpenme si no me aprendí bien los nombres.) Al parecer el que contesta los mensajes no tiene la capacidad para mejorar el servicio y dar alternativas. Prefiero las marcas ya reconocidas.

Me dijeron que en su sucursal Matriz, voy ala dichosa sucursal hoy lunes llegue 11:20 am y no están abiertos. La verdad Pésimo! I wanted to make my guarantee valid, in the store they do not have a physical exchange, (badly for that reason a defective product is exchanged in the store for that it is 7 days.)
