★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡¡Cero estrellas!! Pésimo servicio, la atención es malísima por parte del personal, las señoras que están a cargo son poco empáticas, no están capacitadas ni para atender en persona ni por teléfono. No lo recomiendo para nada.
Zero stars !! Terrible service, the attention is very bad from the staff, the ladies in charge are not very empathetic, they are not trained to attend in person or by phone. I do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se merece ni media estrella, la atención al cliente es pésima. Las empleadas están cero capacitadas para atender a las personas con problemas auditivos lo cual es algo ILÓGICO ya que estoy acudiendo a un CENTRO ESPECIALIZADO DE APARATOS AUDITIVOS. ¡¡¡No vayan!!!
¿Alguien me puede recomendar uno que de verdad sea bueno y que la atención sea EXCELENTE por favor?
También sería bueno si las personas que administran esta página me dan una solución a mi problema...

It does not deserve even half a star, the customer service is terrible. The employees are zero trained to attend to people with hearing problems which is ILLOGICAL since I am going to a SPECIALIZED HEARING DEVICE CENTER. Do not go!!!
Can someone recommend one that is really good and that the service is EXCELLENT please?
It would also be nice if the people who run this page give me a solution to my problem ...
