★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésimo servicio, no tienen la mas mínima educación ni ética profesional, ni respeto por los pacientes,solicite una cita para revisión de mis aparatos auditivos, cuando la doctora que me estaba dando seguimiento me dijo que haría una excepeción en la cita de horario ya que trabajo, del cual no me respetaron el acuerdo que se me había ofrecido y la persona de recepción que me atendió con una actitud grosera burlándose casi me dio a entender que estaba loca y termine por mejor que no me dieran servicio
terrible service, they do not have the slightest education or professional ethics, or respect for patients, I requested an appointment to review my hearing aids, when the doctor who was following me told me that I would make an exception in the appointment time since work, of which they did not respect the agreement that had been offered to me and the reception person who attended me with a rude attitude making fun of almost gave me to understand that I was crazy and ended up not giving me service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La graduación está excelente, pero no tiene buena calidad en sus productos, la otra vez adquiri unos lentes y en 2 ocaciones se desoldaron y me hicieron un cambio de lentes y me los entregaron torcidos y con un lente más grueso que el otro.
The prescription is excellent, but it does not have good quality in its products, the other time I bought some lenses and on 2 occasions they were desoldered and they made me a change of lenses and they were delivered to me crooked and with one lens thicker than the other.
