★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy lleve a mi hija que tiene Sindrome de Morquio y la atención es pésima, primero me hicieron esperar, llenar un documento me comentaron en 5 minutos lo atenderán y salió una persona del sexos masculino y no tiene ni la ética ni el profesionalismo para atender a los pacientes, si esta es la forma en que atienden aun sin entrar a una consulta no quiero ni saber la forma en la que desarrollan un trabajo tan delicado como lo es el de la Audicion o si solo es un gancho para comprar sus aparatos auditivos, creo que si apenas en esta Ciudad tienen 3 meses y supuestamente 40 de experiencia lo dudo ya que deja mucho que desear su falta de profesionalismo.
Me encargaré de darles una mala reputación porque con la salud no se juega ni con el tiempo de las personas, así lo comento una persona que estaba en la sala de espera y que también se quejo del mal servicio ya que llevaba a su mamá ya una señora grande en silla de ruedas.
Today I took my daughter who has Morquio Syndrome and the attention is terrible, first they made me wait, they filled out a document, they told me in 5 minutes they will attend to it and a person of the male sex came out and has neither ethics nor professionalism to serve patients, if this is the way they care even without entering a consultation I do not even want to know the way in which they carry out such delicate work as that of the Audition or if it is only a hook to buy their hearing aids, I think if only in this city they have 3 months and supposedly 40 of experience I doubt it since it leaves a lot to be desired because of their lack of professionalism.
I will take care of giving them a bad reputation because with health you don't even gamble with people's time, so commented a person who was in the waiting room and who also complained about the bad service since he was taking his mother and a big lady in a wheelchair.
