★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venden boletos vip cuando en realidad es un general, de pie y tu lugar es conforme entras. Todos te empujan y no hay seguridad.
Al final del evento una guardia de seguridad le gritó al publico "por eso las violan".
 They sell vip tickets when in fact it is a general, standing and your place is as you enter. Everyone pushes you and there is no security.
At the end of the event a security guard yelled at the public "that's why they rape them".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El auditorio es muy bonito, ya que sus instalaciones son nuevas y por dentro está bien distribuido, permite que, en cualquiera sea la zona en la cual te encuentres, veas adecuadamente el escenario. Fuera de eso, la organización por parte del personal es pésima, no hay quien te oriente en la entrada respecto de los boletos o lugares, tienes que preguntar para ubicar tu zona, además una vez dentro persiste la desorganización, ya que nos colocaron en otros asientos a los que venían en el boleto.
The auditorium is very nice, since its facilities are new and inside it is well laid out, allowing you to see the stage properly in whatever area you are in. Outside of that, the organization by the staff is terrible, there is no one to guide you at the entrance regarding tickets or places, you have to ask to locate your area, also once inside the disorganization persists, since they placed us in other seats to those that came on the ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando se hagan eventos donde se tenga que bailar mejor quiten las gradas y pongan mesas y sillas, porque es un pequeño problema estar subiendo y bajando las escaleras hasta tu lugar, ni en donde poner la basura de lo que consumes y peor aún no tener donde poner los alimentos que compras. Yo fui a Maelo Ruiz y el lugar me parecio bueno, con buena vista hablo de los lugares de abajo no se de los de arriba, el esoacio entre butaca y butaca es pequeño te tienes que hacer chiquito para que pase la demas gente.
When events are held where you have to dance, it is better to remove the stands and put tables and chairs, because it is a small problem to be going up and down the stairs to your place, or where to put the garbage of what you consume and worse still not having where put the food you buy. I went to Maelo Ruiz and the place seemed good to me, with a good view I'm talking about the places below, I don't know about the ones above, the gap between seat and seat is small, you have to make yourself small so that other people can pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creo que aun nos hace falta "dejar de sentirnos provincianos", ya que fui a comprar unos boletos en taquilla para un evento y aun así me estaban cobrando los cargos por servicio (básicamente el mismo precio que había visto si los compraba en línea), entonces les recomiendo que quiten la taquilla y que la gente compre sus boletos con sus respectivos cargos por servicio por internet. Además de que anuncien los precios REALES, para que el publico haga su presupuesto en base al precio (¿Qué les cuesta poner la información completa?).
I think we still need to "stop feeling provincial", since I went to buy some tickets at the box office for an event and they were still charging me the service charges (basically the same price I had seen if I bought them online), so I recommend that you remove the box office and that people buy their tickets with their respective service charges online. In addition to announcing the REAL prices, so that the public makes their budget based on the price (What does it cost them to put the complete information?).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta la plaza, es muy grande por lo que aunque haya mucha gente, no se siente que este abarrotada, hay muchas cosas para ver y pasar el rato, en el área de comida aún no están todos los locales abiertos pero ya hay variedad.
I love the square, it is very big so even though there are many people, it does not feel crowded, there are many things to see and hang out, in the food area not all the places are open yet but there is already variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen sitio para acudir a espectáculos. Buena acústica, iluminación regular. Asientos confortables aunque si hubiera más espacio entre las butacas, estaría genial. El acceso y estacionamiento es fácil. El caminar por el mural (mosaico) más grande del país, es grato, particularmente en la noche hay buena iluminación y cuando hay luna llena, ésta tiene una vista espectacular .
Good place to go to shows. Good acoustics, regular lighting. Comfortable seats although if there was more space between the seats, it would be great. Access and parking is easy. Walking through the largest mural (mosaic) in the country is pleasant, particularly at night there is good lighting and when there is a full moon, it has a spectacular view.
