 It was built by Eruviel to do PRI proselytizing, deliver pantries to retirees and the occasional concert on behalf of the PRI. It is currently abandoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fecha de inauguración es en Marzo, me pongo a pensar como lo inaugurarán si sus alrededores ni siquiera están en buen estado si lo inauguran no tendrá tanto prestigio como el esperado por la terraseria, en lo personal es buen trabajo, en cuanto material lo rojito (lona) deben sustituir por uno mas resistente.
The opening date is in March, I start to think how they will open it if their surroundings are not even in good condition if they open it will not have as much prestige as expected by the terraseria, personally it is good work, as material it rojito (canvas) should be replaced by a stronger one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las tantas construcciones que prometen ser novedosa y que van a estar ahí para siempre pero resultan ser uno de los muchísimos actos de corrupción donde participan arquitectos e ingenieros gremiados y apalancados, complices de obras mal diseñadas y mal calculadas, partícipes de inflar los precios de obras de esta magnitud para desvíos y lavado de dinero a políticos de dichas funciones.
It is one of the many buildings that promise to be innovative and that will be there forever but turn out to be one of the many acts of corruption involving architects and engineers leveraged and greedy, complices of poorly designed and poorly calculated works, participants in inflating the prices of works of this magnitude for deviations and money laundering to politicians of said functions.

Ojalá Del Mazo sea el último gobernador priista que tenga el Edomex después de casi un siglo.
Ya es hora de quitar a ese partido del poder.
