Snall spaces between seats in Luneta area, heating issues sometimes, and the screens aren't viewable from certain rows. The stage is incredible and viewable from every angle though

Terrible means of exit. It takes forever to get to your seat and even longer to get out -- literally 20 to 30 minutes walking in a queue. few, narrow, and steep stairways, combined with a very large capacity inside means that It would be impossible to exit quickly in an emergency. No visible sprinklers or smoke detectors either. Also, the place gets hot to the point that people begin chanting for AC in the middle of the play. They sell beer, chips and candy during events that should be more refined and quiet (ballet, opera, etc), and they let people in and out all throughout the duration of the play, all of which dampens the experience offered by otherwise excellent shows. The traffic outside is also a problem, and probably part of the reason why so many people noisily arrive in the middle of the play.

It an enormous place. If you are attending an event I highly recommend you to arrive on time cause only two or three access will be opened. There's a food sevice and some bistros and bars next to the theater. You go have a car the traffic gets really bad everyime there's an event, try to arrive early. From the inside, the seats are comfortable but the aisles are narrow and it's hard to walk along them. The acoustic it's ok

It's a very comfortable place for concerts and presentations. Nice audio, you are able to have a great view and sound anyplace you choose. The only thing I would like to comment is the air conditioning system is not that good, so you might suffer a little with that. The parking lot is a little bit far. It charges per event not by hour.

The parking garage is not free and it is really difficult getting out of there.
