Sin embargo... No es más que una muestra más, de lo mal dirigidas y supervisadas de muchas obras que se realizan con gasto público pues... A menos de dos años de su inauguración, es un lugar lleno de humedad y filtraciones de agua, por tanto... Sus muros están feamente manchados de marcas de agua y salitres... ¡¡Que lástima!! Pues es evidente que esto ocurre, cuando al frente de ciertos cargos, hay gente incapaz, inexperta y además las empresas contratadas ocupan materiales de las más bajas calidades.?

Well, it is evident that this happens, when in charge of certain positions, there are incapable, inexperienced people and also the contracted companies use materials of the lowest quality.?
