Terrible, the years go by and it's still the same, they don't answer any phones, mail, nothing. I have a month trying to communicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, hablé para pedir información y jamás me la pudieron dar! Llene un formulario y tampoco se comunicaron. Escribí vía WhatsApp y tampoco. Simplemente no les Interesa!! Y solo por no contestar, ni atenderme tampoco los consideraré para la Universidad. Bueno pues me fui con los que me dieron excelente atención e inmediata respuesta: Prepa Tec Milenium y no solo eso hasta me dieron un paseo por sus instalaciones! Quedé encantada y ya inscribí a mi hija!! Gracias!!
Bad experience, I spoke to ask for information and they could never give it to me! Fill out a form and they did not communicate. I wrote via WhatsApp and neither. They are simply not interested! And just for not answering, nor attending to me I will not consider them for the University either. Well, I went with those who gave me excellent attention and immediate response: Prepa Tec Milenium and not only that, they even gave me a tour of their facilities! I was delighted and I already enrolled my daughter !! Thanks!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto U-ERRE como su escuela hermana UNID (que como ellos se auto nombran MENOS FIFIs), pésima atención. Imposible comunicarse para pedir informes, los teléfonos no sirven, y cuando te contactan por WhatsApp te quieren agendar una cita, a pesar de que solo necesites preguntar una cosa. Te agendan la cita, y no se presentan a la cita, pésima experiencia muy informales... y esto para el "lobbing" cuando vas a entrar... me imagino que ya como alumno, seguro ni te atienden. PESIMOOOO !
Both U-ERRE and its sister school UNID (which, like them, call themselves LESS FIFIs), terrible attention. Impossible to communicate to request reports, phones are useless, and when they contact you by WhatsApp they want to schedule an appointment, even though you only need to ask one thing. They schedule the appointment for you, and do not show up for the appointment, very informal very bad experience ... and this for the "lobbing" when you go to enter ... I imagine that as a student, they will not even take care of you. PESIMOOOO!
