★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I purchased a stunning Carlos Vivar painting from the Aura Gallery in Cabo. The painting was shipped to us in California. Unfortunately, the painting was damaged in transit as a result of numerous delays and poor handling by the shipping service. Roberto and Hector went above and beyond in managing the entire process of constant communications with us and the shipper as well as filing a claim on our behalf. Roberto and Hector also offered us a full refund or a substitute painting of our choice. Ultimately, everything was resolved to our satisfaction and we are delighted with our painting. We hope to buy more lovely art from Aura Galerias. However, next time we will request that our art be shipped in a container sturdier than honeycomb cardboard now that we know how a careless shipper can damage a package.
