Nice hotel, it was clean and fully equiped kitchen, bed as well was comfortable

Staff was great and the hotel was clean. Poorly equipped and had towels with holes. Very noisy. Management was nasty to staff. Would not recommend it and won't return. This was the feeling of other guests also

It was very disappointing! We arrived at 8:00 pm and were told that the pool was closed. We had 5 very hot and sticky children. We were made to put a deposit down for the room! Not to hold it to simply be there and of course that was on top of the room rental. When we were ready to leave the next day we were chased down by the room attendant accusing us of stealing a towel!! So they wanted us to pay for it. It turned out that because we had booked two rooms the kids simply left a towel in the wrong room!! No tact no, no apologies and certainly no smiles- nothing.

There was a lady named Lulu that helped me so.mu h with booking and everything. She went above and beyond. This was a place my husband and I wanted to visit. He passed before our vacation and was so happy Lulu helped me set up room and excuraions for the family. Very happy here. Restaurant had delicious food as well.

The room was ok. I did have some issues with my door lock that needed to be replaced but took a couple calls to get it done. And y run out of toilet paper and they did not have any more on site ! Overall the stay was pleasant specially the pool with a bar

Update: we are almost to the end of our 6 day stay and we ran out of water in the rooms. The person in charge keeps telling us that maintenance is working on it but they don't know when the water will come back on. It is very frustrating. We were at the beach and have no way to shower unless we do it in the public area near the pool. There is no wifi in the rooms as advertised. I am writing my review in an area by the pool as the wifi range does not extend to the rooms, only the main reception and the pool. One of the bright spots is the cleaning lady whose name is Vere. She is great and keeps our rooms nice and clean. The maintenance young man tries very hard at keeping things working but has an uphill battle with everything going wrong. I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless there is nothing better available. I am very disappointed with the accommodations. I rented a single room with 2 beds and a couch. The room is interesting with a small restroom/shower. The shower is located at the front just as you open the door. And then you have the lavatory next to it and the toilet at the end. It is a weird configuration. The beds are full beds that can sleep 2 people each. There's a table with 4 chairs and a small kitchen with a small propane stove. There is also a refrigerator. It is fine for 4 people. The room is a bit old and outdated. The photos on the website make it look much more appealing that it actually is. I also rented a large room with two levels. The lower level is ample with a large dinning room, living room, half bath and small kitchen. The upper room has a full toilet room with a shower and a large room with 3 double beds and 1 single bed. Both upper and lower levels have balconies and they face the alleyway to the beach. The screen doors to both balconies are damaged and difficult to open and close. Both rooms are overpriced for what the hotel has to offer. Very overpriced for an old hotel. The cleaning and maintenance people are amazing. Very helpful at everything and friendly. A pleasure to talk to. Overall I regret renting these rooms. I give the hotel 2 stars. I give the maintenance and cleaning crew 5 stars.

Great customer service, walking distance from the beach, which is what I liked because I have a toddler! The only thing was the mattress was stiff hard, but other than that great location and view! I would and will stay here again.
