★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene puntos a favor en cuanto a la ubicación, está muy céntrico, puedes desplazarte al centro, a gran plaza, al barrio arriba en poco tiempo, usando camión o vehículo, si te gusta caminar esta cerca el parque Hidalgo y el centro, también el barrio arriba. Cerca hay muchos puestos de tacos, comida, tiendas. Es un punto de ubicación muy bueno. En cuanto a limpieza está bien, nos entregaron limpia la habitación. Sólo hicieron un día la limpieza por falta de personal y las suites no cuentan con escoba y trapeador, lo cual no está bien ya que si se tira algo pues ahí queda. El personal amable, nos atendieron rápido y resolvieron la falta de agua caliente para bañarnos. El baño no me gustó, en la regadera no sale suficiente agua y cuesta mucho templarla, creo que pueden mejorar, al igual que la TV, muy pequeña para el espacio.

They only cleaned one day due to lack of staff and the suites do not have a broom and mop, which is not good since if something is thrown away, it will stay there. The friendly staff took care of us quickly and solved the lack of hot water for bathing. I did not like the bathroom, there is not enough water in the shower and it costs a lot to warm it, I think they can improve, like the TV, too small for the space.

The suites are located on the second floor and up. The stairs can be tiring. The good thing is that the very spacious suites are well furnished for sleeping and cooking. The bathroom is very compact, the least attractive thing in the apartment.
There is a ground floor parking garage. Security is very good.
The location is on a major traffic way which creates a lot of noise until late at night. There may be noise from neighboring apartments via an airshaft.
The staff is very service minded, friendly and helpful.
Overall, a good choice for an extended stay, if you can tolerate the noise and are not bothered by the stairs.
