El lugar es muy pequeño, así que si tú auto está en condiciones de transitar solo lo revisaran harán un levantamiento de las refacciones que requieren y te irás en tu vehículo, todo bien. La odisea empieza allí, para que consigan tus refacciones te dicen 10 días hábiles aunque a mí me tardaron 1 mes! Y eso la última semana tenía que estar hablando diario para que le dieran seguimiento. En la reparación me tardaron una semana exacta, pero la verdad no quedé del todo satisfecho con el trabajo, ya no quería batallar la verdad y me fui así, les dije claramente que el faro tenía filtración de agua y les valió. En fin los últimos detalles se lo dieron en otro taller. Pero me queda claro que sí su seguro ofrece ese taller, piensenlo dos veces antes de aceptar que les reparen su auto allí.

Finally, the last details were given in another workshop. But it is clear to me that if your insurance offers that workshop, think twice before accepting to have your car repaired there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que es el mejor taller al que he llevado un auto via aseguradora, muy buena atención y el carro quedó bastante bien, solo un detalle, hubo dos re-trabajos, el primero fue cuando lo fui a recoger... Lo deje más tiempo para que quedara bien y luego cuando lo fui a recoger, me lo llevé a casa y al llegar ví detalles, sin embargo se hicieron responsables y el señor que supongo es el dueño hasta se molestó con su personal, creo que se toman su trabajo muy en serio, 4 estrellas por los dos detalles, pero en general muy buen taller. No duden en llevar su vehículo ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Justos por pecadores: Pésimo servicio del personal al recibirme ya que por cuestiones de trabajo no pude asistir más temprano en horario. Llegue a las 4:45 y el señor que me recibió me dijo que cerraban a las 5 y que no podían recibir el auto que viniera otro día. Afortunadamente después de alegar con el que estaba en tiempo de que me recibieran el auto me atendió una señorita muy amable y de ahí todo fluyó en orden y con buen servicio. Lo malo es que siempre te quedas con la primera impresión.
Righteous for sinners: Terrible service from the staff upon receiving me since for work reasons I could not attend earlier on schedule. I arrived at 4:45 and the man who received me told me that they closed at 5 and that they could not receive the car that came another day. Fortunately, after claiming that I was in time for the car to be received, a very friendly lady attended me and from there everything flowed in order and with good service.
