★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me instalo una alarma hace más de un año y me la pusieron mal, lo lleve a revisar y le quitaron el censor que fallaba de una puerta, me dijeron que me iban a hablar cuando lo tuvieran, jamas me hablaron, lo frustrante es que me cobraron esa "reparación" cuando debió ser parte de la garantía y de hecho debió devolverme parte del pago inicial porque me hizo un trabajo a medias que no pensaba terminar.
I had an alarm installed more than a year ago and they put it wrong, I took it to review and they removed the faulty censor from a door, they told me they would talk to me when they had it, they never spoke to me, the frustrating thing is that I was charged for that "repair" when it should have been part of the warranty and in fact it should have paid me back part of the initial payment because it did me a half job that I did not think to finish.
