Le “caparon”, las dos roscas a los pernos de los amortiguadores traseros de mi Jeep. Usaron un taladro de aire; no le pusieron líquido anticorrosivo antes del procedimiento y mejor intentarlo con una palanca. Y se quitaron responsabilidad diciendo que los carros americanos venían muy oxidados; que ahí no reparaban los pernos.
Fue un gran problema y costoso encontrar donde repararan los daños.
Ojalá tengan más cuidado con otros clientes.

The cheap; it is expensive.
They "capped" the two threads to the bolts of the rear shock absorbers of my Jeep. They used an air drill; They did not put anticorrosive liquid on it before the procedure and it was better to try it with a pry bar. And they took responsibility saying that the American cars were very rusty; that they did not repair the bolts there.
It was a big problem and expensive to find where to repair the damage.
Hopefully they will be more careful with other customers.
