★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por mi auto porque no acepte la perdida total que dictaminaron entre ellos y la aseguradora. (ANA SEGUROS ). La aseguradora me pagó sin ningún problema. Más sin embargo en el taller me cambiaron el botón de apertura de mi cajuela y pusieron uno completamente inservible cosa que el mío no estaba así. Dejaron la cajuela abierta y todo se mojo y por ende se apesto y lleno de hongo. ***Nota mi auto se reparo perfectamente cambiando solamente piezas de colisión no tenía ninguna falla mecánica como lo dictaminó este taller. ***
I went for my car because I did not accept the total loss that they ruled between them and the insurance company. (ANA SEGUROS). The insurer paid me without any problem. However, in the workshop they changed the opening button of my trunk and they put a completely useless one, which mine was not like that. They left the trunk open and everything got wet and therefore stinky and full of fungus. *** Note my car was perfectly repaired by changing only collision parts, it did not have any mechanical failure as this workshop ruled. ***

A very saturated place is managed by appointment, its staff is very attentive, repairs are slow, there is no place to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La aseguradora nos mandó a este taller, por un choque en la defensa, después de un mes lo dicen que ya está listo, lo revisamos y tiene detalles que no arreglaron. Solo se hechan la bolita uno a otro y no dan una buena solución.
Además nos encontramos con otra persona que también fue mandado por el seguro y nos comentó que lleva dos meses y aún no terminan de repararlo, tenía un choque profundo y solo arreglaron lo que se ve.
Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo.
The insurance company sent us to this workshop, due to a crash in the defense, after a month they say it is ready, we checked it and it has details that they did not fix. They just screw each other over and don't give a good solution.
We also met another person who was also sent by the insurance and told us that it has been two months and they still haven't finished repairing it, it had a deep shock and they only fixed what you can see.
Terrible service, I do not recommend it.
