★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio trabajo muy lento, dejan un teléfono el cual nunca responden y ellos nunca llaman para comunicar el estado de tu vehículo.
Terrible service, very slow work, they leave a phone which they never answer and they never call to communicate the status of your vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le pongo 3 estrellas por que el personal no cumple tiempos de entrega y más aparte nunca contestan llamadas y cuando contestan cuelgan para evadir el dar Información del proceso, por otro lado me hiciero espeear 3 días más por una pieza que faltaba en llegar y resulta que cuando me entregan la unidad dicha pieza no fue cambiada y ahí fue tiempo perdido, por que al final de todo me entregaron el coche y la pieza quedo pendiente cambiar para cuando les llegue.
En conclusión no me gusto el servicio del personal.
En cuanto al trabajo esta bien hecho sin tomar en cuenta la pieza faltante.
I give it 3 stars because the staff does not meet delivery times and moreover they never answer calls and when they answer they hang up to avoid giving information about the process, on the other hand I make myself wait 3 more days for a piece that was missing to arrive and it turns out that When they gave me the unit, said part was not changed and there was time wasted, because at the end of everything they gave me the car and the part remains to be changed when it arrives.
In conclusion I did not like the service of the staff.
As for the work, it is well done without taking into account the missing piece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio de los trabajadores del auto Center, me entregaron el carro súper rápido, lo dejé un jueves y para la siguiente semana ya estaba m, soy profesionales en su trabajo, piden el color de la pintura por código, las partes de mi carro las mandó la aseguradora, realizaron un trabajo muy fino, cuentan con cabina para pintar, la atención por parte del encargado llamado Francisco es excelente, me brindó seguimiento muy puntual.
