Fue algo tardadito mi alineacion y balanceo, pero valió la pena la espera ;que bueno que tienen mucho trabajo... Saludos

Fui al servicio de alineación y balanceo. Pero mi volante quedó ligeramente a la izquierda. Al siguiente día fui a pedir garantía. Me tuvieron más de una hora esperando y al final me pidieron que regresara otro día. Ya después regresé y me atendieron muy bien. Pero si no tienen tiempo, es mejor informar al cliente.

Buen servicio y honestidad, precios justos. En varias ocasiones he llevado mis autos y todo bien,también los de mi familia, pues los he recomendado. Me explican todo a consciencia , me muestran daños y piezas.no hacen nada sin antes el cliente vea su problema. 100% recomendados

Todo Bien! El trato es bueno, explican muy bien el problema, llevamos nuestras VAN de Servicio de pasajeros. Mandan video para explicar el problema y muestran las piezas que cambian si lo solicitas. Es bueno tener un taller de confianza. Muchas gracias.

Pésimo servicio, te dicen que si hay del aceite que pides desde la puerta, y ya estando adentro te venden el que ellos quieren, hay una Srta. Que ni se presenta y quiere que le des el kilometraje de tu auto sin tu saber pa que fregados, mala experiencia!

I went to the mechanic shop because I had seen good reviews about the place. At the beginning everything was great, the people there are friendly. I left my car letting them know about 2 issues with my car, 1. And the most important was that the car was shutting down and not wanting to start. I mentioned that I was told that it could be the fuel pump. 2. Was a sound that was making between the engine and the automatic transmission. I left the car a couple of days and I got a call telling me that the sound was in the engine and they needed to being down the engine and take it a part. I told them that I had been told that the issue was not in the engine and that I was not going to allow them to take the engine a part. I told the that the issue was more on the transmission side based on what another mechanic had mentioned. After a couple of hours they called back and mentioned that I was correct. They told me they would finish checking everything else and then they said the car needed a tune up which I accepted for them to do. Long story short they gave me the car and the price for the parts and labor was higher that other places but I paid since it was close to my house and needed the car fixed. The next day the car started turning off again and when I called the shop to ask them if they had checked the fuel pump they said no. So at the en I had to pay a tow truck and another mechanic to change the fuel pump. And the part they had changed from the transmission was not installed correctly and I had to pay another mechanic to get it installed correctly. Overall the price and quality of their work is not worth it. They are nice but I pay to get things done correctly. In my opinion I would not recommend this shop
