When requesting an explanation in this regard and demanding that the alignments be carried out correctly, his technician only chose to shout that "how dare we say that a car was misaligned just because it was not carried out with the process as it should be" (and how was paying), the owner did not even offer to make the incorrectly performed alignments again, on the contrary, they increased the price of the alignments arguing that it was because the correct process was already going to be carried out (absurd since that was what they were requested to do Initially and printing false receipts of a job they did not do and were paid represents fraud). In addition to this, during a tire change for some wheels, they damaged 4 studs of the car that they took (an audi tt), when confronting the technician (because he did not have the decency to report it) he washed his hands like the owner; when told that this could have caused a tire to come off and have fatal consequences, they simply remained silent. We had to redo each of the alignments due to our commitment to quality with our customers and to replace a complete set of studs for the vehicle due to the ineptitude of its technician.
