★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que la única medida que tomen sea el uso de cubrebocas, en estos momentos viajar en estos autobuses es un riesgo total, no se están tomando las recomendaciones de sana distancia para evitar contagios ni dentro del autobus ni en las salas de espera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El costo del transporte es accesible, pero el detalle es que no respetan el número de asientos o muchas veces los autobuses no tienen numerologia lo que es molesto ya que si llevas tiempo esperando puedes no alcanzar lugar.

La calidad de los camiones no es muy buena pero obvio es lo que pagas.
Los horarios están bien, hay casi salida de camión cada 15 a 30 min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos días note que entre la terminal y la casa del Pueblo hay un pasillo donde pasan carros, y unas personas en estado inconveniente tapan el paso para dejar pasar a los coches. En una ocasión vi uno de esos borrachos acosando a una dama. Se que no le compete a la Terminal de Autocentro pero creo que deberían hacer algo por la seguridad de sus clientes. Incluso he visto que dejan pasar a esta gente para pedir limosna dentro de la terminal y me parece de mal gusto. Siguen sin hacer nada y los borrachos siguen en ese pasillo.
A few days ago I noticed that between the terminal and the People's House there is a corridor where cars pass, and some people in an inconvenient state block the passage to let the cars pass. I once saw one of those drunks harassing a lady. I know it's not up to the Autocentro Terminal but I think they should do something for the safety of their customers. I've even seen that they let these people pass to beg inside the terminal and I think it's in bad taste. They still do nothing and the drunks are still in that hallway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT for tourists going to Izamal. Yes, they got us to our destination and it was cheap, but it was the bumpiest road and the most rickety bus of my life (no shocks) lasting 2 long hours. I came out of the ride with neck and back soreness reminiscent of whiplash I suffered after a car accident years ago. I don’t know how the driver does that day after day. To see Izamal from Merida find a comfortable organized tour that is direct and takes the highway. I imagine the “combis” take the same horrible country roads instead of the highway. At least I saw some Mayan huts along the way
