★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si me pusiera a redactar la experiencia con este "taller" no me alcanzaría la caja de texto, pero seré breve.
-Cobran muy bien, tomando en cuenta que el servicio no es de calidad y menos profesional.
-Hacen perder demasiado tiempo, en mi caso tardaron una semana para "diagnosticar" y "reparar" el problema de mi coche, cabe recalcar que ni diagnosticaron correctamente y mucho menos repararon el problema.
-Ofrecen una "garantía" sobre su trabajo, pero regresas y en mi caso estoy seguro que ni lo revisaron ya que quedó exactamente igual y ellos alegan que ya está reparado, parece que tienen problemas de razonamiento que no les permite ver que su trabajo está mal hecho.
-Cuando regresé con el coche yo mismo les tuve que indicar que revisar, y ya ahora eran expertos en el tema, aun así no repararon nada.
-Tuve una breve plática con el papá de la persona que atiende el taller, le hice ver la falta de calidad y profesionalismo en su trabajo, solo me contestó que son humanos y se equivocan....ah y que lo dejara comer… cero atención al cliente, cero empatía.
-El ayudante es grosero y sarcástico, resulta que es todo un experto en identificar los problemas cuando le estás reclamando, pero ni con tanto “conocimiento” pudieron diagnosticar ni arreglar mi coche.
En conclusión, ¡ALÉJENSE DE ESE LUGAR! A menos que quieran pagar caro, perder el tiempo, dar vueltas, tratar con gente poco profesional y pagar por una reparación que no hicieron.

-They offer a "guarantee" on their work, but you come back and in my case I am sure they did not even review it since it was exactly the same and they claim that it is already repaired, it seems that they have reasoning problems that do not allow them to see that their work is badly done.
-When I returned with the car I had to tell them what to check, and now they were experts on the subject, even so they did not repair anything.
-I had a brief talk with the father of the person who attends the workshop, I made him see the lack of quality and professionalism in his work, he only replied that they are human and they are wrong ... oh and let him eat ... zero customer service, zero empathy.
-The assistant is rude and sarcastic, it turns out that he is an expert in identifying problems when you are claiming him, but not with so much "knowledge" they could diagnose or fix my car.
In conclusion, STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE! Unless they want to pay dearly, hang around, hang around, deal with unprofessional people, and pay for a repair they didn't do.
